What’s also curious is that if one compares the drawing to astronomical charts of that section of the sky—and turns Orion upside in the process—it appears the star I’ve circled is called Alnitak. Now Alnitak—also known as Zeta Orionis—is a triple star some 800 light years away from Earth and is one of three stars that, together with Delta Orionis (Mintaka) and Epsilon Orionis (Alnilam), make up the belt of Orion. Whether that’s the star that represents home to our visitors or whether the alien solar system is that of Alnitak remains only a guess, but both are interesting possibilities to consider in any case.

Of course, I have no idea how I drew the thing. Certainly I’d never seen anything like it before, nor do I entirely understand what they’re talking about when they explain it to me. I simply drew what they put into my head as faithfully as I could and hoped for the best.

So what was the message it was telling me, and why was it important? It’s hard to say, but I think it is part of a much larger revelation they’re making about themselves, incrementally, through me. In a way I feel honored that they’re using me in this way, even while it makes me frustrated and, at times, angry. Yet I know I have to do what they want me to do—not so much through coercion, but through an overwhelming need to get these things out of my head so I can deal with them and, in the process, perhaps benefit the human race as well. I don’t know if this drawing—or any of the other equations I’ve produced over the years—will ever prove to be valuable or even useful, but I believe that if they are willing to have me reproduce these things for all the world to study, they must have some rationale behind it. Whether I will figure out what that rationale might be, only time will tell. For now, however, all I can do is remain faithful to what I believe these visitors are telling me to draw and let the pieces fall where they may. It’s all I can really do in any case.
